Architecture Ready Ver. 1.0.0
SOE is organized through Meta Governance, Governance Architecture, and Operation Layer: a revisable governance architecture rather than a final state.
Architecture Ready Ver. 1.0.0 was adopted and published on 10 October 2026. Its Grand Evaluation and Exit Evaluation are complete; post-closure integration repairs are separately identified in the published evidence.
This new release line succeeds SOE v4.x, Governance Architecture v0.5.x, and Operation Layer v0.1.x. It is not a downgrade. S01 remains a lineage record, not a fourth current structure document.

D02, the three missing original experiment records, and the recorded measurement, implementation, and review-coverage limits remain attached. Completion of the evaluations is not a claim that every possible interaction was tested or independently cleared.
Reuse is rights-scoped: author-held text and data, third-party AI outputs, code, and embedded fonts retain their applicable file-level rights and notices. No model-maker, hosting-provider, or reviewer endorsement is implied.
Problem-Domain Framing
SOE can also be entered through concrete concern domains: AI and work, survival cost, wealth concentration, institutional decay, shared-reality collapse, surveillance, war escalation, social fragmentation, moral disagreement, and long-term stability. These pages do not claim that SOE solves those domains. They provide a communication route from recognizable public concerns to the architecture documents and simulation-bounded evidence classes.
